EsfandTV, also known as Esfand, is a Twitch streamer and one of the co-founders of the streamer organization One True King (OTK), who recently spoke about attempting to break one of Ludwig‘s most illustrious Twitch records.
Esfand announced on one of his most recent streams that he would be hosting a subathon on his main Twitch channel and quickly retracted his statement.
Subathon is a combination of the words “subscribers” and “marathon.” It’s a streaming style in which the streamer sets a minimum number of subscribers and donations that will add more minutes to the ongoing stream.
Ludwig holds the record for the longest subscriber marathon, which began on March 14, 2021, and lasted for a staggering thirty-one days. The subathon ended in April 2021, with him amassing a total of 283,066 subscribers. Tyler “Ninja,” the Fortnite superstar, previously held the title of Twitch’s most subscribed channel.
