We’ve seen some incredible feats in the three months since Elden Ring was released. Blindfolded, one speedrunner recently defeated Elden Ring’s bosses, and Let Me Solo Her has now defeated Malenia for the thousandth time. Meanwhile, I’m battling to even defeat her once, but that’s a different story.
LilAggy, a Twitch streamer, is one of those players who proves that nothing is impossible, or so they claim – all of these speedruns look impossible to me. Previously, the streamer had defeated all 165 of Elden Ring’s bosses in under eight hours. You’d think the streamer had accomplished enough to be inducted into the Elden Ring Hall of Fame, but alas, here we are.
This Elden Ring player used a dance mat to defeat the game’s bosses, which is an unusual feat.
Elden Ring’s no-hit streak was attempted by LilAggy. It’s a feat that was accomplished for the first time in April, but it’s far from simple. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned when LilAggy’s internet went down during the final boss battle. That is some truly terrible luck.
LilAggy, understandably, took to Twitter to express his complete and utter despair. Things have only gotten worse. LilAggy reactivated the internet and prepared for his final confrontation with the Elden Beast.
Unfortunately, LilAggy was hit twice during the fight, so internet outage or not, the no-hit streak was short-lived. But what if you fail at the last hurdle? That’s a tough pill to swallow.
Given how LilAggy has approached speedruns in the past, I wouldn’t be surprised if he soon completed a no-hit run. Perhaps the internet outage threw him off. We’ll have to keep an eye on this.
