YouTuber and Twitch streamer Anny has been banned for the first time ever by the website for allegedly showing explicit material during her stream.

Despite having started streaming on Twitch in 2016, Anny didn’t make her Vtuber debut until March 2021, when she quickly became a well-known creator. The fox girl entertains her viewers with cozy content on the platform owned by Amazon, where she has amassed 190K followers as of this writing.

The news that Angie had unexpectedly been banned from Twitch for the first time in her career shocked the audience. She argues that the reason is that during her stream, she displayed some nudity. The news that streamer Anny had been suspended from Twitch on June 29 shocked viewers. It didn’t take long, though, before the Vtuber addressed the suspension on Twitter.

One supporter, however, asserted that the ban might have been brought on by Anny’s stream becoming a little too explicit and thus violating Twitch’s TOS. Nevertheless, Anny quickly retaliated, claiming it was unfair that she was given a week-long suspension for showing her “a*s,” whereas other streamers who have been suspended for showing nudity repeatedly don’t receive such a severe penalty.

Anny should be able to return to Twitch by July 6 if her one-week ban is as stated.
