People will discover a way to push a game to its breaking point if given enough time. The Twitch streamer Rudeism is well known for using unusual controllers to win games, and this time he’s applied his skills to Apex Legends.
Rudeism’s setup consists of a glove that can be moved and a toy gun that shoots where the user points it. He must yell or make another sound in order to fire because shooting is voice-activated, and then he goes on a hilarious rampage, shooting everyone in his path while making different gun noises. He shows off getting multiple kills despite his control strategy and enjoys himself while doing it.
The absurdity of gaming challenges is nothing new to rudeness. He used only Morse Code to complete Dark Souls 3 in 2021. The New Zealand-based streamer has also used a talking cat piano to play Call of Duty, and a Guitar Hero controller to play Valorant. Currently, he is a featured character on Good Game Asia, where he displays many of his eccentric concepts and gameplay prowess.
It’s not surprising that players are still coming up with new ways to enjoy and improve the well-liked first-person battle royale game Apex Legends after its initial release in 2019. Now Rudeism just needs to use his improved controls to achieve victory.
