ProfessorBroman uses a Logitech G604 mouse. The Logitech G604 is a wireless gaming mouse for right-handed gamers that has an extended thumb rest, as well as 15 programable buttons. Six of them are located on the right thumb side, while the rest comprise of the clickers, three on the metal scroll wheel, the Lightspeed wireless/Bluetooth buttons below the scroll wheel, two DPI buttons by the right clicker, as well as an on-off switch on its underside.

WHAT KEYBOARD DOES PROFESSORBROMAN USE?

ProfessorBroman uses a Logitech G915 keyboard. ProfessorBroman has chosen the wireless, linear version of the G915 keyboard. In addition to being full-sized, it also has a column of programable G-keys on its extreme left side, as well as three M keys on the top-left corner on which to store up to three gaming profiles. There is also a volume wheel and media controls in the top right corner.

It is constructed on a metal base with smooth, thin plastic keycaps. These keycaps are set on GL Linear Red switches that have an actuation force of 50G, an actuation distance of 1.5mm and a total travel distance of 2.7mm. WHAT HEADSET DOES PROFESSORBROMAN USE?

ProfessorBroman uses a Logitech G PRO X Wireless headset. Professor Broman’s gaming setup features the same headset as those of s1mple, DrLupo and chocoTaco. The G Pro X is integrated with Blue VO!CE technology that enhances the overall audio quality of its microphone. It is a offers a frequency response range of 100 – 10,000Hz, and its unidirectional head is 6mm (0.24”) long. This is 2mm (0.08”) longer than that of its predecessor, the Logitech G Pro. This isn’t really relevant for ProfessorBroman, as he uses a separate dedicated mic.

AS for the headphones, they are closed-backed to create a surround-sound effect and are set with 50mm PRO_G drivers which provide a frequency response range of between 20 – 20,000Hz with a nominal impedance of 32Ohms and a sensitivity of 91.7dB. Its earcups are cushioned with leatherette-covered memory foam padding. These can be swapped out with the spare set of velour earpads that come with it, if the user prefers.

The frame is built from aluminum forks and an adjustable steel headband that is also padded with leatherette covered cushioning. They weigh about 372g (0.82lbs) and are compatible with Windows 7 or later.

WHAT MICROPHONE DOES PROFESSORBROMAN USE?

ProfessorBroman uses an Electro-Voice RE20 microphone. The RE20 is a dynamic microphone with a large diaphragm and Variable-D design that is constructed from steel. It utilizes a unidirectional polar pattern and offers a frequency response range of 45 – 18,000Hz, a nominal impedance of 150Ohms and a sensitivity of up to -130dBm.

It is fitted with an internal pop-filter to reduce interference from plosive sounds, as well as an internal element shock-mount to decrease vibration-induced sounds from filtering into recordings. There is also a bass roll-off switch located on its base.

Altogether, it weighs around 1lb 10oz (737g), with dimensions of 8.53 x 2.14 x 1.94” (216.7 x 54.4mm x 49.2mm.) Its extras include a microphone clamp and hard-shell carrying case, but the XLR cable and audio interface will need to be bought separately. It doesn’t require phantom power.

ProfessorBroman uses a Sony a6400 camera. The Sony a6400 is a touchscreen, mirrorless ASC camera that features autofocus with 425 phase-detection points. This, as well as its real-time eye AF tracking capabilities can record at speed of 30fps at 4K. It can also shoot 24.2 MP images at 11fps with an ISO sensitivity of between 100 – 32,000. This can be set to shoot continuously with still-shot pauses for anywhere between 1 – 60 seconds.
