Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff, one of Twitch’s most popular streamers, recently took a hiatus from streaming, leaving fans eager for his return. However, after anticipating a “big announcement,” he may not be returning to the same platform.

NICKMERCS is one of the most popular Twitch creators, with over 6.2 million followers on the platform, thanks to the overwhelming support of the #MFAM. Nick was last seen streaming on September 23rd, about two weeks ago as of this writing, and fans are eagerly awaiting his comeback.

His return will definitely be a boom, with speculations of him earning the biggest deal of his career and his colleagues signing YouTube exclusivity deals.

There is currently no word on when Nick will return to streaming. The last time we heard from the streamer was on September 30th, when he stated that he’ll be making a huge announcement soon, but that he’ll be taking some time off first. It’s been radio silence on social media since the tweet, but with two weeks until his last live show on October 7th, it could be a good time to return.

Many of Twitch’s biggest streamers were offered multi-million dollar sums solely to move their content to another platform in 2019. It was a tumultuous time in the streaming world, with YouTube, Mixer, and Facebook all competing for Twitch.

TimTheTatman, DrLupo, and NICKMERCS all inked exclusive partnerships with Twitch in October 2019 for unknown sums. But then after two years, DrLupo and TimTheTatman have packed their belongings and signed with YouTube. Because of this, all eyes are on NICKMERCS to make his move.

Nick is rumored to have signed the biggest deal of his career, and many are speculating that his next move would be to YouTube.
