The first season of MultiVersus is almost here, and with it, there have been even more leaks about characters who will be joining the already impressive roster of playable fighters. The most recent leak suggests that MultiVersus will be getting two evil characters.
One of DC’s most well-known villains, Black Adam, is the first fighter to have been revealed. Given that the character will make his live-action debut later in the year, this addition does make sense.
On October 20, 2022, the new Black Adam movie, starring Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam, will be released in theaters. The primary antagonist of the cult classic movie Gremlins from 1984 is Stripe, also referred to as Mowhawk. The character was also mentioned in a previous MultiVersus leak from earlier in the month. The subsequent leak, which is supported by visual proof, only suggests that Stripe might eventually appear in MultiVersus.
An image for MultiVersus from the Xbox store was leaked in a series of pictures shared on Twitter. Black Adam and Stripe are front and center in the artwork, with other characters who can already be played in the game in the background.
There has been no announcement of a specific date or time frame for when these characters will be included in the game. However, given that the Black Adam movie is scheduled to come out next month, it’s possible that his inclusion in MultiVersus happens to coincide with the movie’s debut.
Additionally, developers recently disclosed that new characters would be appearing earlier than anticipated.
