For the first time in two months, Kyle “Mongraal” Jackson streamed Fortnite to his followers on Twitch on Tuesday. He won his first Solo Arena match of Season 3 in front of nearly 16,000 spectators.

The stream ended after just under two hours and sent viewers to Benjyfishy, who recently left competitive gaming for comparable reasons. Sadly, the good vibes didn’t last for very long. There are some bright spots, though. Mongraal made a commitment.

Since no games are currently appealing to the FaZe Clan star, the challenge appears to be deciding what to stream. He mentioned having a vlog camera set up in a tweet from last week, so there may soon be real-world content.

Fans will be crossing their fingers that the wait for the next stream won’t be as long.

Mongraal’s outrageous fighting prowess, exuberant communications, and hilarious personality propelled him to Fortnite fame in 2019. He has since continued to be one of the most well-liked streamers for the game and even won the Chapter 2 Season 4 FNCS but it was evident following that FNCS triumph that Mongraal was rapidly losing interest in playing competitive Fortnite, his placements suffered as a result of his decreasing playing time. He essentially announced his departure from Fortnite competition in the latter part of last year, but added that he might still play occasionally for fun.

While the streams were still patchy, Mongraal did start posting updates on his fitness development.

A full return to Fortnite is extremely unlikely based on Tuesday’s stream unless something drastically different occurs. Hopefully, Mongraal will appear more frequently in the future, either in real life or in a new video game.
