Before the pair’s prospective rematch, American YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has called out ex-MMA fighter Tyron Woodley for a tattoo loophole.

Jake Paul’s boxing contest with Tyron Woodley on August 29 was the most recent in a long line of YouTube bouts dating back to KSI and Joe Weller’s original 2018 encounter.

In a close fight, the American YouTuber won by split decision, and Woodley is now pressing for a rematch. Paul, on the other hand, chastised the ex-MMA fighter for failing to get a tattoo on the first battle, which they had wagered on.

Following that, Woodley complied and shared the photos on Twitter. Jake, on the other hand, senses something isn’t quite right.

The YouTuber isn’t buying Woodley’s concession, explaining why he won’t commit to a rematch in a TalkSport interview.

“Let’s wait and see what happens. He was three or four weeks late with the tattoo, and he let the buzz die down,” the 24-year-old explained.’”

There were also doubts about the tattoo itself, with Paul speculating that if Woodley gets a rematch, he might change it.

A rematch between the two appears to be edging further away rather than closer at hand.

There are plenty of fighters who want to fight Jake Paul, including boxing legend Tyson Fury’s younger brother Tommy, who wants to settle his differences with Jake.

Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, a boxing legend, hasn’t ruled out a fight, but he wants to see Jake improve first.
