With these stats, its worth looking into Loeya’s gaming setup.

WHAT WEBCAM DOES LOEYA USE?

Loeya's streaming setup webcam

Loeya uses a Sony Alpha a6000 with Sony SEL28F20 FE 28mm f/2-22 lens. Loeya recently upgraded to using a Sony Alpha a6000 after spending the first couple of years of her streaming career using a Logitech C920. As she now boasts over 1.2 million subscribers, it makes sense that she would want to improve the quality of her stream, especially since she is definitely making more than enough money to support herself with.

The Sony Alpha a6000 is a DSLR camera that is intended for use on a day-to-day basis and is therefore relatively lightweight and small in order to make it easy to carry around. It has a ISO range of 100 – 25,600 and is able to record videos at up to Full HD 1920 x 1080 at 24p or fast-paced action shots at 60p and 60i frame-rates. These recordings can also easily be transferred to a smartphone or tablet that has either WiFi or NFC communication capabilities.

However, the battery life is pretty low at only 2-3 hours with continuous use, which isn’t really an issue for Loeya, since she uses it as a webcam and therefore as it plugged in the whole time.
