Kick has implemented a few highly-requested features, including one that Twitch users have been requesting from the Amazon-owned site for years.

Kick has been beefing up their offers by signing some of the biggest performers available, including xQc, to hefty contracts as the streaming wars have been intensifying for some time. Kick has been working hard to compete with Twitch by adding new features in addition to its streaming skills, including one that viewers have been requesting for a very long time. Kick introduced a few significant clip improvements on August 1 that may significantly enhance the viewing experience moving forward.

Kick informed viewers that a few very popular features had recently gone live in an announcement on X and urged them to keep the feature suggestions coming.

According to the statement, conversation replays will soon be accessible for both VODs and clips, and viewers would have a special download option to swiftly capture memorable moments. When there is a download option, it should be much simpler to store footage, and by making the chat available, viewers may observe what the broadcast was like when significant events occur. Although the conversation replay is nothing new, the download functionality is unquestionably a huge deal and is being referred to by users as a “W” update.

Who knows what Kick has up its sleeve for the future, but for the time being Twitch fans will just have to watch in jealousy as footage have now become much more available on the competing site.
