Dr Disrespect‘s rage over Warzone aim assist has reached new heights, with the legendary broadcaster breaking his pricey setup and calling the auto-lock function “wallhacking” during his most recent $25k event entry.
When he fell prey to Warzone’s aim assist again, he was doing with TimTheTatman in ‘The Last Dance in Verdansk,’ in which they finished dead last. Dr Disrespect thought he had a good flank on Tommey and Almond, and was provoking them to peak in order to land one of his hallmark headshots. The Doc’s plans didn’t go as planned, and Tommey was able to laser down the YouTuber in seconds when “the aim assist just locked on.”
Doc’s rage was unrestrained, and he leapt to his feet, arms in the air, and smashed his gaming chair. The punch, which was accompanied by an angry “f*ck!” shook his entire streaming setup.
“I’m so sick and tired, man! I’m just f**king sick and tired of this cheesy ass aim assist, all this crossplay!”
The two-time runner-up didn’t let up after TimTheTatman and he moved on into the next lobby, with his outrage soon turning on his YouTube viewers: “If I want to hear your advice, I’ll ask. It’s the worst thing you can do!” And Timmy was also scolded, with the Doc alleging that he “choked.”
Fortunately for his broadcasting setup — which he claims is worth “$300k,” — the YouTuber didn’t lash out again, instead focusing his rage on the Call of Duty feature he believes is “slowly killing” the franchise’s battle royale mode.
Dr. Disrespect’s public hatred for aim assist capabilities in battle royale games like Apex Legends and Warzone has been surfacing more and more in recent weeks, and the Doc isn’t a fan.
