Youtube star Dr Disrespect answered a request of a fan whether or not he’ll ever appear on an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience during a recent YouTube livestream.
Joe Rogan has one of the most popular podcasts in the world with The Joe Rogan Experience and it seems like people want to see Dr Disrespect on the show.
Dr Disrespect has been streaming on YouTube for over a year now, and he continues to receive interesting questions alongside donations. Joe Rogan has never talked about having Dr disrespect on his podcast, but the streamer certainly fits the profile of people Rogan invites on, which is to say he’s both popular and undeniably unique.
During a recent YouTube livestream, Dr Disrespect was reading out some donation messages on stream while interacting with his viewers.
Shortly after, he notices a request where he was asked by a viewer if he would go on the popular Joe Rogan Experience podcast if he got an invite. Dr Disrespect’s response may surprise some, as the streamer suggested that he would turn down the invite. There are many streamers who would jump at the opportunity to appear on the Joe Rogan Experience, and many people from the gaming industry have joined Joe Rogan for episodes in the past, but it seems like Dr Disrespect is not that interested.
Here’s what he said; “Joe Rogan calls and gives you a crisp invite? Probably not. I’m telling you, man. There’s a reason. If I’m going to go on a podcast, I’m going to go on a podcast my way. And that might require additional resources and funding, okay?”
When Joe Rogan made his podcast exclusive to Spotify, he made $100 million from the deal. Each episode continues to draw in millions of viewers, but this may not be a grand enough platform for Dr Disrespect to sit down and chat openly.
