AutomaticTV originally made a name for himself in the pro-CS:GO scene when he appeared as part of Nihilum in early 2015. WHAT MOUSE DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses a Logitech G Pro X SUPERLIGHT gaming mouse. The Logitech G PRO X Superlight is the successor to the Logitech G Pro wireless mouse, but it is very different to that popular device. The reason for this is due to its design prioritizing its ultra-lightweight construction that allows it to weigh only 63g (2.2oz.) It boasts a Hero 25K sensor that provides a range of 100-25,400DPI. These can be set in increments of 50 through its software, with the potential to store up to five profiles directly onboard. However, as it does not have a dedicated dpi button, as the side button will need to be assigned this function. It does have onboard polling rate options of 125, 250, 500 and 1,000Hz, though. It operates at a maximum acceleration of 40G at a maximum speed of 400IPS. It is also fitted with 100% PTFE feet to increase tracking speed and decrease carbon emissions. WHAT MOUSEPAD DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses an ARTISAN Zero (Black/XL) Soft mousepad. The ARTISAN Zero (Black/XL) Soft is a Japanese-produced knitted cloth mousepad. It is composed of polyester fabric top layer, a foam padding middle layer and then an anti-slip underside. It measures 42 x 49 x 0.3cm (16.54 x 19.29 x 0.12”)
WHAT KEYBOARD DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses a Logitech G915 TKL (Clicky) keyboard. AutimaticTV’s gaming setup features the tenkeyless version of the Logitech G915 keyboard. He has opted for mechanical GL Clicky switches that actuate at a 1.5mm at a force of 50G for a total travel distance of 2.7mm. It has a polling rate of 1,000Hz @ 1ms and its F-keys can be set with up to three macro profiles. These can be set through its software, as can its LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting. It is constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy base with the switches soldered to it, and then topped with ABS keycaps.
There are dedicated multimedia controls and a volume wheel. It can be used both wirelessly with either Lightspeed or Bluetooth connectivity, and also as a wired device. Its battery life can last up to 40 hours and takes up to three hours to recharge. It is compatible with Windows 7 or later (64-bit) or macOS X 10.11 or later.
WHAT HEADSET DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses SteelSeries Arctis Pro headset. The SteelSeries Artis Pro is a wired gaming headset with a closed-backed design that offers a DTS X v2.0 Surround experience. The earcups are set with 40mm neodymium drivers that provide a frequency response range of 10 – 40,000Hz. At a nominal impedance of 32Ω and a sensitivity of 102dB.
It is constructed from Polished steel and aluminum alloy with a dual-layer headband comprising of plastic with arctic ski goggle headband and air weave performance fabric. The earcups fit over-ear and are padded with a hybrid leather and athletic fabric-covered memory foam. This foam is infused with a cooling gel to prevent your ears from getting hot over long-term use. This padding also integrates a ProSpecs Glasses Relief System that shapes to glasses frames to accommodate the needs of glasses-wearing gamers.
It also has a retractable, noise-cancelling microphone. It has a bidirectional polar patter and offers a frequency response range of 100-10,000Hz at a nominal impedance of 220Ω of -38dBV/pa. The headset is compatible with a variety of devices and weighs 425.2g (15oz.)
WHAT MICROPHONE DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses a Shure SM7B microphone. The Shure SM7B is one of the standard microphones found in the setups of streamers, with some other users including iiTzTimmy, AnneMunition, and Loeya. This dynamic microphone has a sturdy metal construction. Its cardioid polar pattern operates and an end-address which allows the audio input to be focused on the sound being inputted thereby making it less likely for unwanted the background noise to filter through. To further improve the sound quality, there is also and internal pop-filter to stifle plosive sounds and internal shock mount to block bump noises. Similarly, there is also a high-press filter switch and presence boost button on its base. These can be covered with the included switch cover plate.
It offers a frequency response range of 50 – 20,000Hz, a nominal impedance of 150Ω and a signal-to-noise ratio of 33dB (1kHz@1Pa). Although it is powered with an XLR cable, it does not require phantom power. But you will need to provide your own XLR cable and audio interface. It does also include an external windshield and locking yoke mount.
WHAT WEBCAM DOES AUTIMATICTV USE?
AutimaticTV uses a Sony Alpha a6000 camera. The Sony A6000 is a mirrorless digital camera that is intended for semi-professional photography. Its 24.3MP Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor is capable of a 100 – 12,800 ISO range in Full HD 1920 x 1080 at 24fps or fast-paced action shots at 60 or 60i fps. It accommodates high-speed recordings thanks to its Hybrid Autofocus with 179-point focal plane phase-detection and 25 contrast-detect points. Its battery life can last for up to 90 minutes of continuous use. This material can be uploaded directly to smartphones. However, if you are just starting out, this may be beyond your needs, especially if you are planning on focusing on gaming content. As such, you might want to consider a basic plug-and-play webcam for a fraction of the cost, such as the Logitech C922 used by KingRichard.
