Gaming Origins

Burgerwarrior24 grew up playing video games, but mained world of Warcraft during his teens. In 2011, he got hooked on Terraria, which was the first time he started toying with the idea of streaming on day. He also played Minecraft, but he never got as into it. He later moved on to PUBG.

When burgerwarrior24 got married in May 2015, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do with his life in terms of a career. He mentioned the idea of YouTube content creation to his wife, who was studying to be a doctor. She was hesitant at first, as he wanted to grind full time from the onset. After a few months of saving money, she eventually agreed to let him try it out. However, after looking at YouTube critically, he realized that it was too saturated and that it would make more sense to attempt grinding on Twitch instead. His family were supportive, even though they didn’t really understand it.

He was responsible in the beginning, as he held two part time jobs until he was earning enough to get by on. One was in a hobby shop, while the other was at a coffee shop. He was final able to go full time in July 2017.

Professional Gaming

He originally started streaming Five Nights at Freddy’s on a borrowed computer in February 2015. It was when he started on Terraria at the end of 2015 when his channel really started to grow, as he was a lot further in the game than many others were. He then moved on to battle royale content such as The Culling, PUBG and Z1: Battle Royale. During that time, he also played a many story games, including Grand Theft Auto V.

He moved on to Sea and Thieves soon after it released. However, he later focused on GTA V in 2020 after getting bored with SOT. He does return to it when there are content updates, though.
