Mamabenjyfishy1 played a few text-based video games when she was in school, with her favorite being The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy which was released in 1984. Later, she also played a few console games such as Banjo-Kazooie on Charles’ Nintendo 64 a bit in 2003 but didn’t play again until she decided to try out Fortnite in September 2020. This was largely due to the passing of her husband eight months after BenjyFishy was born, which necessitated her taking on three jobs to support her family.

She managed to get her first Victory Royale on March 16, 2021.

After supporting BenjyFishy and acting as his manager throughout his career, she decided to finally attempt streaming Fortnite herself on March 4, 2021. Interestingly though, she was not inspired to try streaming by her son, but rather after watching chess player, Jon Ludvig Hammer’s, chess streams. Thanks to her connection for Benjy, her channel quickly blew up, so that by April 13, 2021, she had already acquired over 236,000 followers. By March 12, 2021, she had managed to make it into the Champions League in Arena. She then received Twitch partnership four days later.

She was signed with Galaxy Racer Esports in September 2021.

She is the mom of BenjyFishy and his older brother, fishy_mcfishface. She also has a cat named Magic.

Although she doesn’t have a set schedule, she usually streams from Monday – Wednesday and on Saturday. She occasionally streams on other days as well. Her streams are usually around two hours long.
