Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel dealt with a persistent Fortnite stream sniper the best way he knew how: by talking to their father.
xQc is no stranger to stream snipers; in fact, during his Twitch streams, the popular content creator frequently has to deal with obnoxious viewers. They not only disrupt his gameplay’s flow, but they can also lead to some extremely frustrating moments.
When one viewer kept stream sniping xQc during his Fortnite stream, this is exactly what happened. While some fans actively try to assist him in winning games, there are times when the streamer simply wants to play.
xQc chose to deal with the situation by simply speaking with the father of the stream sniper.
After being followed by the same Fortnite player for a long time, it was clear that xQc had had enough of this sniper who was not going to stop with their antics.
The popular streamer decided to turn things up a notch after hearing what appeared to be the player’s father in the background. “Man, put him on the mic,” xQc said. “Does this look like your son?” I’d like to speak with you about your son’s online behavior; it’s a little strange.”
The stream sniper’s father claimed that they were just fans who wanted to spend time with their favorite streamer, but xQc pointed out that their son’s behavior was frustrating.
This happy moment quickly brought a smile to xQc’s face, and it was clear that the streamer was enjoying himself. While it’s not every day that xQc gets to speak with a viewer’s father, it’s certainly one of the most unusual ways to deal with an ardent fan.
