A well-known content creator and a streamer on Twitch Velvet_7 has now returned to Twitch.
After nearly 18 months of being banned from Twitch, the prominent Korean streamer has been unbanned. Velvet 7 was banned from the site in June 2020 for “sharing or engaging in sexually suggestive content or activities.”
This happened when Twitch revised its dress code, infuriating supporters who supported the sexy streamer.
Velvet 7 sought out to Twitch herself after a year of being suspended from the platform. However, it did not appear to be of any assistance. “I was banned three times from Twitch by their own mistake and still banned now,” Violet_7 said. “I know I got banned by my own mistake before but the last 3 bans were ridiculous. It’s been more than a year now.”
Velvet_7’s previous suspensions were usually for an hour to a few days at time, so fans were saddened to see Velvet_7 gone from the platform entirely for so long this time around. Luckily for her followers, Velvet_7 returned on October 15. She announced the news on Twitter, adding that she would soon be streaming again.
She exclaimed, “I’ll see you soon!”
