The Fortnite phenomenon, Ninja, has just announced a rebranding, and fans can’t seem to get enough of it.

Richard Tyler Blevins, better known online as Ninja, is an American gamer, author, and social media personality best known for his Twitch Fortnite streaming. Richard began his gaming career in 2009, when he began professionally playing Halo 3 for various organizations. He quickly moved to Twitch and began streaming himself playing Fortnite Battle Royale.

Ninja has grown to become one of the most popular active gamers on Twitch, with over 16.9 million followers. He recently announced that his logo and name would be rebranded.

Ninja is without a doubt one of the most popular gamers and streamers. Through Twitch streaming and later switching to another platform, he has amassed incomparable fame and fortune. When he first started playing Fortnite Battle Royale in 2017, his popularity and viewership skyrocketed. On his Twitch account, he gained over 1.5 million followers between 2017 and 2018.

He recently announced a logo rebranding, and the jokes have been brutal. His new logo features oddly placed bold letters that make his name appear to be “Ninjoi.”

Jake Lucky, a well-known eSports journalist, stated in a Tweet that he sees this all the time with eSports organizations. Organizations may already have a strong logo and branding, but when they rebrand, they fall short of their goals. Simlar to Ninja’s rebranding.

The trolls and jokes have been absolutely hilarious. Even the Sentinels trolled Ninja on Twitter.
