Mumbai, September 20th (PTI) Actors Radhika Apte and Ali Fazal will host the Indian segment of Netflix’s upcoming global fan event TUDUM, the streaming platform announced on Monday.

More than 145 stars and creators from around the world representing over 70 series, films, and specials will gather for “a day full of exclusives and first looks” on September 25 in a virtual format at “TUDUM: A Netflix Global Fan Event.”

Netflix India Youtube will premiere “TUDUM: India Spotlight” at 9.00 pm, ahead of this global fan event.

A statement was read by the streamer saying that Radhika Apte and Ali Fazal will host this special Indian segment. The trailer shows Riteish Deshmukh, Tamannaah Bhatia, Tabu, Tovino Thomas, Kartik Aaryan, Raveena Tandon, Rohit Saraf, Prajakta Koli, and many others in a star-studded sneak peek.

The audience will see “Finding Anamika,” which marks Madhuri Dixit’s digital debut; director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s lavishly mounted web debut series “Heeramandi,” and Vishal Bhardwaj’s spy thriller film “Khufiya,” which stars Tabu, Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ashish Vidyarthi.

Jonathan Bailey, Jason Bateman, Zazie Beetz, Halle Berry, Millie Bobby Brown, Manolo Cardona, Henry Cavill, John Cho, Lily Collins, Nicola Coughlan, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kevin Hart, Chris Hemsworth, Dwayne Johnson, Regina King, Nick Kroll, Jennifer Lawrence, Ralph Macchio, Jonathan Majors, Adam McKay, Caleb McLaughlin, and Alv McLaughlin will also be there.

At 9.30 P.M., the virtual event will be broadcast worldwide on Netflix’s YouTube channels, as well as Twitter and Twitch.

At 5.30 P.M., there will be special pre-shows featuring Korean and Indian series and films, as well as exciting anime content.

Blockbuster films such as “Red Notice,” “Don’t Look Up,” “Extraction,” “The Harder They Fall,” “The Old Guard,” “Army of Thieves,” and others will also be available on Netflix.
