Although WedidValorant had done the occasional pop-up stream since 2018, he really gave it a shot in May 2020, when he gained access to Valorant’s beta. He was soon ranking high on the leaderboards, so he and his friends started a competitive Valorant team soon after the games release. They gained recognition after winning the Nerd Street Gamers monthly October tournament and were signed as XSET’s first pro-Valorant roster. However, WedidValorant was benched in May, and so started looking for a new organization to represent. Fortunately, he did not wait long, as he joined NRG Esports in late June 2021.
Income
According to WedidValorant’s Twitch chat bot, he has around 300 subscribers. This would earn him put is starting monthly income at about $715 USD. He would then receive more from his donations, Twitch cheer bit contributions, advertisements, tournament winnings, sponsorships, team salary and tiered subscriptions.
