In a single 60-hour stream, a League of Legends player went from unranked to master. What makes the feat even more impressive is that Twitch streamer Nicklink completed it alone, without the assistance of any friends.

The League of Legends fan began the challenge on March 11th and completed it 60 hours and 30 minutes later on March 14. Nicklink did not sleep at any point during his journey, despite stopping for the occasional bathroom and food break. This may not have been the healthiest choice.

The stream follows a predictable pattern. Nicklink has a strong start in the lower ranks, having won 18 games in a row. However, as he grows tired and faces stiffer competition, the matches become more difficult. Nonetheless, as Mais Esports points out, he finished with a 78 percent win rate in 90 games, 75 of which were played on his favorite champion, Jax. The skirmisher is a good choice for jungle or top positions because they deal a lot of damage, but as a trade-off, the champ is a little fragile as one might feel after streaming for a long time.

This isn’t the first time a streamer has attempted to achieve the highest competitive rank in a single run. Timmy ‘iiTzTimmy‘, an Apex Legends streamer, went from bottom to top in a single 54-hour stream in 2021. My old bones are crumbling into dust.
