Twitch Streamer Meowko recently claims that she was banned because of numerous hate reports after a video of hers went viral even though she didn’t violate any Terms of Service.

When Meowko was banned on August 22nd, she had nearly 300k followers and was frequently spotted in the Just Chatting category due to her almost daily streams. Although the Japanese streamer has grown in popularity recently, during that time she has experienced multiple suspensions from the platform owned by Amazon for various reasons.

Meowko questioned the ban email that suggested violative conduct included wearing a speedo or bikini while cooking when she claimed she had been banned in March 2022 for wearing gym clothes during a cooking stream.

After a few months have passed, she has once again been barred from the platform. This time, she asserted that it was the result of widespread coverage of a video of hers that went viral.

Meowko continued by saying she would be back in a day, so we know the current ban isn’t too strict, but if she keeps getting banned, it might become an issue.

However, Meowko needs to be concerned about more than just Twitch bans. She has had to stop streams in recent months due to stalker worries.
