Twitch was recently criticized by a Twitch streamer who was expelled for sexual content while streaming a fishing game.
Twitch came under fire from streamer Sara “ih3artpew” Heart for the indefinite ban that occurred only minutes into a stream. Heart insists that there was no sexual content in the stream despite claims to the contrary from the Amazon-owned website.
When Heart started playing the game Ultimate Fishing online live on August 22, the incident took place. But a nearly instantaneous ban that later became indefinite abruptly ended the stream.
Heart revealed what she was wearing when the ban was put into effect in a tweet, where she also clarified that she was merely playing the game.
Heart informed the gaming publication Dexerto that she had received a notice from Twitch stating that she had been permanently banned due to the seriousness of this sexually suggestive conduct violation.
