Twitch streamer Forsen played Supermassive Game’s latest title, The Quarry. However, he couldn’t figure out how the narrative-driven game’s Quick Time Events (QTE) worked.

The streamer made an attempt to grasp the in-game mechanics, but he didn’t seem to realize that he couldn’t perform the actions during the tutorial. The content creator became enraged at the game’s developers after failing several times.

The Quarry has taken over the world of gaming and livestreaming. The survival horror game has been played by a number of well-known streamers and content creators, including CohhCarnage, Aris, and JustaMinx.

On June 14, Forsen joined the ranks and began the terrifying adventure. After successfully completing the first hour of the game, the streamer was greeted with a tutorial explaining how the game’s Quick Time Events worked.

The game explained how he was forced to perform a quick-timed mechanic instinctively. The Swede attempted but failed to complete a non-interactive QTE, his supporters attempted to assist him by claiming that the tutorial’s QTEs were not interactive. The former Hearthstone pro responded with a sarcastic tone. The streamer then went on a minute-long rant, criticizing Supermassive Games.

Fans suggested that he complete the QTEs by dragging his mouse. Forsen said he’s been doing the same thing, but it doesn’t seem to work in-game. He then continued playing and streaming The Quarry for another four hours.

On the streamer-focused subreddit r/LivestreamFail, more than a dozen fans commented on Forsen’s video.

Some viewers joked that the streamer’s emotional outburst would cost him two years of silent reactions. Some Redditors were baffled as to how he missed the visual cues for Quick Time Events.

On Twitch, Forsen is one of the most popular variety gamers. In 2016, he began his online career. With over 1.6 million followers, the streamer has played games such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Minecraft, Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Elden Ring.
