In collaboration with Twitch Rivals, popular Twitch streamer QTCinderella will host a new baking competition. Twitch streamers Hasan, Myth, Cyr, and Rich Campbell will take part in the event, which will take place on May 19th at 4 p.m. CT.
QTCinderella is well-known for her IRL streamer collaborations, having organized and run events like ShitCamp, The Streamer Awards, and the (canceled) Girls Trip. However, this will be one of QTCinderella’s first Twitch-related events, with two teams of four popular Twitch streamers competing in the website’s first-ever bake-off.
Myth, Hasan, Cyr, and Rich Campbell’s baked goods will be judged by QTCinderella and members of the food news network Food Beast. Variety streamers Hasan and Myth will compete on one team, while OTK co-founder Rich Campbell will compete on the opposite table against fellow OTK streamer Cyr.
On Thursday, May 19 at 4 p.m. CT, the event will be broadcast live on the official Twitch Rivals streaming account. QTCinderella revealed shortly after the event’s announcement that this project has been in the works for quite some time.
While not all Twitch streamers have been successful in the kitchen, this is far from the first cooking competition among Twitch streamers. Ibai, a Spanish streamer, has a cooking competition called “Disaster Chef,” but this will be the first baking competition hosted by North American streamers. While both teams’ baking experience is limited, the battle of chefs will determine who is the best baker among these Twitch stars.
