OfflineTV has grown in popularity across the internet since its founding in 2017, thanks to its Twitch streams and multiple YouTube channels, as well as members of the organization creating content with people outside of the organization.
After co-founder William ‘Scarra’ Li failed to establish a content house, he teamed up with his manager Chris Chan and Moroccan-Canadian personality Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys to create the first iteration of OfflineTV.
OfflineTV was co-founded by William ‘Scarra’ Li and his then-manager Chris Chan. Li became a full-time Twitch streamer after leaving his professional League of Legends position with Team Dignitas, where he would continue to focus on League of Legends and its counterpart, Teamfight Tactics. Lily ‘LilyPichu’ Ki is well-known for her Twitch and YouTube channels, where she televises everything from vlogs and animations to original songs and piano covers. Lily has also made a name for herself in the voice acting industry, having voiced a character in MapleStory 2 and then again in Genshin Impact.
Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang rose to fame by streaming Hearthstone, a trading card game based on the Warcraft series from Activision-Blizzard. Wang’s alias comes from a card called SI:7 Agent, which says “this guy’s toast” when played, which the creator thought sounded like “Disguised Toast.”

Michael Reeves is a comedian and on-camera personality who rose to fame as a former software developer with his comedic engineering videos. In June 2020, he began his Twitch career, where he plays games and shows off his insane technology projects.
Since her Twitch debut in 2017, ‘QuarterJade,’ also known as Jodi, has risen quickly through the Twitch ranks. She is known for her League of Legends and Valorant streams, as well as Just Chatting sessions with her chat. She is now one of the top women on the platform. In November 2021, her efforts were recognized by OTV, and she became one of their three newest members.

In the year 2021, ‘Sydeon,’ real name Sydney, is one of Twitch’s biggest rising stars. She was a well-known OTV friend prior to joining the group, having participated in their Among Us and Rust streams.
Like the rest of OTV, ‘Masayoshi,’ also known as John, is a popular streamer. He was already well-known for his Valorant and League of Legends streams, which he began in 2013, but his popularity skyrocketed during the Among Us meta.

While OfflineTV is not the largest content provider on the internet, the friend group has taken over their platforms with a combined audience of over 20 million subscribers and followers.
