She explained that it is just to express their support and get the streamer’s attention. She explained that a large sum would attract the streamer’s attention, so they would automatically include the donor’s name and thank them for their generosity. It is because of this attention that people are willing to donate large sums of money.
Furthermore, the co-founder of RTS said that people do not always think about spending in a logical manner. As a result, they may consider spending money on their favorite streamers to be justified.
Pokimane’s fans, on the other hand, disagree with her on this point. People donate to streamers, they feel, just as a show of appreciation and to demonstrate their support in whatever way they see fit.
