A Welsh Twitch streamer CDawgVA recently did an IRL stream with YouTube’s Ludwig in Los Angeles. They drove around the city in the latter’s old car, eating fast food. They arrived at their first stop, Wendy’s, after some lighthearted fun at the expense of the old car.
CDawgVA laughed and commented on Ludwig’s wealth as he whipped out a crisp $100 bill to pay for one burger and sides. He also offered to pay for the meal, but Ludwig declined, reminding him of the flight fare Connor had to forfeit due to his poor planning, and agreed to tell the hilarious story of how Ludwig’s impromptu plan to watch a basketball game caused him to miss a flight to San Francisco.
Ludwig, who was mocked in chat for being wealthier than Connor, said he would reimburse Connor for the food tour. Ludwig reminded him of the 900 dollars he lost because he wanted to take him to a basketball game and didn’t realize the flight was in two hours.
CDawgVA recounted the story in great detail, beginning with Ludwig’s unexpected call one afternoon. He should have seen the obvious problems with such a spontaneous trip in retrospect, but he still accepted. After missing the first flight, they attempted to board a subsequent flight to watch the game, and that’s when things started to go wrong.
Exasperated with security and feeling terrible after running around the airport, CDawgVA simply asked Ludwig to continue without him, resulting in him missing the game and losing $900 in flight costs.
CDawg’s misfortune of losing money on flight fares elicited mixed reactions from fans. Most people thought it was amusing that he forgot his passport while living in another country.
While some remarked on Ludwig’s wealth for being able to attend the NBA Finals on short notice.
The chemistry between Ludwig and CDawgVA is excellent, as some have noted. Both streamers appear to have become fast friends, as their banter and amusing stories make the IRL stream worthwhile for the viewers.
We can only hope that Ludwig and CDawgVA can collaborate on more content; who knows, maybe another IRL stream is on the way?
