Twitch streamer Matthew Rinaudo aka Mizkif has revealed his ‘biggest regret’ as a streamer, which has a lot to do with CallMeCarson appearing on his channel.
CallMeCarson is a Twitch streamer and YouTuber who made a name for himself by playing the popular world-building game Minecraft. CallMeCarson, on the other hand, was accused in January 2021 of grooming his teenage fans and sharing explicit photos with them.
When the news broke, many streamers and Minecraft community members immediately cut connections with him. Mizkif, on the other hand, was the first Twitch streamer to host CallMeCarson on his channel, which caused a lot of confusion on Twitter.
Mizkif faced a lot of backlash for allowing CallMeCarson to stream on his stream, but he responded. Mizkif claimed in August that CallMeCrason came to his house for a specific task and not because he was invited.
Now, Mizkif admits that having CallMeCarson in his stream was one of his “biggest regrets” as a streamer. When a viewer mentioned Carson on a recent Twitch stream, Mizkif responded: “I don’t regret anything, but that was one of my biggest regrets. I don’t think he’s a pedophile in the slightest… Why I regret it is because afterward, I learned things that I didn’t know beforehand. Some friends of mine who actually know the situation talked to me about it and were like ‘Dude, this is the real reason we’re upset.’ I didn’t know that. I felt really bad aftward, so that’s pretty much it.”
