Dr. Disrespect‘s vision for a battle royale game is slowly being realized by Midnight Society. However, on March 15th, the new game developers will host a “Arena Takeover” — which could be massive.
Since their big reveal in December 2021, Midnight Society has been lurking in the shadows. The new game development studio, which includes former Call of Duty and Halo developers, is expected to work on a massive battle royale game that Dr Disrespect will enjoy and, if everything goes according to plan, fans may get a sneak peek when the developers host a “Arena Takeover.”
On the Midnight Society Discord, a bot message full of cryptic text reveals a major event on March 15th.
The two-time champion’s Arena is a sight to behold, with high-tech equipment that the likes of Midnight Society would take advantage of. When Doc collaborated with Rogue Company developers to bring the Arena map to life, it cemented its place in gaming history.
It’s also the best place to begin promoting their work. Dr. Disrespect’s involvement as the studio’s face makes broadcasting to his ever-growing YouTube audience seem like a no-brainer.
What the Arena Takeover will entail, however, remains to be seen.
