On the 14th of October, Twitch streamer that goes by the name LivStixs has been banned for the third time for wearing inappropriate attire; however, she claimed that this time the suspension is indefinite. In reaction, she vented her rage on Twitter, claiming that she was wearing shorts and a shirt and questioning as to why this was an inappropriate outfit.
She tweeted her photos along with a question regarding Amouranth receiving her fifth three-day ban. Tagging Twitch and Twitch Support’s official Twitter handle, Liv, tweeted, “Here’s my “inappropriate attire” that warranted an indefinite ban. What do you guys think?”
Furthermore, when a fan said her attire was nothing compared to Amouranth, she responded; “And yet I only had two previous 24-hour suspensions, and now they hit me with an indefinite ban. Meanwhile, Amouranth gets unmanned after her 5th and Indie gets indefinite after her 5th. The inconsistencies show favouritism, and it’s pretty fucked.”
LivStixs isn’t the only one who has had problems with Twitch; FaZe Kalei was also banned for sexually suggestive content on October 13 as she responded to a comment; “ARE YOU GUYS SMOKING CRACK??????????? ALL I WEAR IS OVERSIZED HOODIES AND SHIRTS. THE ONLY TIME I DON’T IS BECAUSE I GOT A TATTOO ON MY COLLARBONE AND THAT’S SOMEHOW SEXUAL????? ARE YOU GUYS HIGH??????”
Twitch has yet to respond to any of these tweets, and we have our doubts that they will. So we’ll have to wait and see whether LivStixs returns to Twitch.
