Koil is not your typical Twitch streamer. While the influx of Twitch and YouTube stars caused tremendous growth for the server and the streamers who played it, it also created his biggest challenge to date—keeping everyone happy. He founded the well-known GTA RP NoPixel server, which houses the biggest names in the scene, including Valkyrae, xQc, and Sykkuno.

The biggest difficulty has been maintaining its popularity and ensuring that everyone is having a good time while playing.

The first problem, according to Koil, is that the server has a consistent core of streamers who have been active for years, and not everyone gets along. There is therefore considerable underlying tension and history between them.

Look no further than the numerous encounters xQc has had with law enforcement. The server, according to xQc one, is in “shambles” as a result of them, and he even accused them of mass-logging in to thwart his plans.

The second problem is that streamers act out for content because they get bored of doing the same things. The third and final problem is that he believes NoPixel viewers frequently feel a sense of loyalty towards certain streamers, which can occasionally lead to toxic tribalism between their fanbases. As a result, he feels compelled to make decisions like banning them in order to maintain peace.

He is now able to disregard it. When combined with the other problems, it still puts a lot of pressure on the server’s creator to make executive decisions.

However, he concluded that having stars on the server was ultimately beneficial because it helped smaller streamers like him succeed and brought attention to the server he had worked so hard to build.

Koil revealed that his next project is another sizable Squid Game event that will soon be happening on the server. Additionally, he is developing a Red Dead Redemption 2 server.
