In April 2019, Twitch streamer Edison Park proposed to fellow streamer Fuslie, whose actual name is Leslie Fu, after completing a 30-day record-breaking broadcast. However, the two recently announced their split, much to the dismay of their followers.
Park has become a well-known figure in the streaming community, but Fuslie has also established herself as a well-known online gamer. Fu is a well-known streamer in the ‘100 Thieves’ community.
Over the course of a month, Park streamed for 541 hours, seven minutes, and 54 seconds. Park claimed that his body had practically “shut down” owing to a lack of rest and numerous hours in front of the screen during the jaw-dropping hours he spent online. The grueling streaming session eventually came to a heartwarming conclusion when Park proposed to Leslie.
But then now, the two have recently released a TwitLonger on one of their accounts that addressed their split. They had broken up a month previously, but chose not to disclose the breakup because they “weren’t 100 percent sure about it,” according to the post.
According to Park’s TwitLonger, the two had been separated for a month before they made it public. “No one did anything wrong,” he continued.
He and Fu “grew apart and that’s life,” according to his statement.
Leslie Fu also posted a TwitLonger about the breakup in a similar tone as she stated; “The past 5 1/2 years with him have been so incredible and I wouldn’t be where I am today without him by my side. Send him only love please. You’ll still be seeing us gaming together in the future.”
Their large fanbase was stunned by their tweets, but they responded with unwavering support.
In her statement, Fuslie also stated that she will be taking a break from streaming, but that she may appear online to distract herself from the split.
