Twitch streamer Froste who’s currently hosting a subathon stream has once again been banned again for the second time from the platform after he has been hit with a DMCA strike again for allegedly streaming Warner Bros’ Rick and Morty.

Subathon stream has become a popular trend in the community these days with several of streamers wanting to host their own. And this includes popular twitch streamer and a former member of 100 Thieves, Forste.

However, unexpected things happen during his stream as earlier this month, Froste has been hit with a DMCA strike by Disney for watching a film on stream leading to a ban. Now, in less than a week after he was issued a DMCA strike, Froste has been banned yet again for airing Rick and Morty episodes while he was sleeping. According to the StreamerBans bot, the Twitch partner was banned on August 16th.

On a twitter post, it was later confirmed by Froste that the reason for the ban was because he aired episodes of Rick and Morty on his channel without permission. He wrote; “Received another copyright strike and 48-hour ban from twitch. Gonna just sleep on stream for the rest of the subathon instead of giving it to someone else to take over.”

His tweet has gained a lot of responses from the netizens and his fans with one user even cautioned Froste that if he continues, he will have to finish the subathon on Facebook Gaming hinting that a potential permaban could ensue. Fortunately for Froste, the ban is only 2-days long and hopefully serves as a warning for him not to overstep. This is Froste’s second ban this month so he best find a different approach to entertain his viewers during his lengthy subathons going forward.
