Fabian ‘Febiven’ Diepstraten, a former professional League of Legends player, has been banned from Twitch after calling Polish viewers “rats” during a broadcast, violating the site’s hateful conduct guidelines.

Febiven, a retired pro LoL mid-laner, was banned from Twitch on January 8th.

Since leaving the pro scene in 2021, the former FNATIC player has shifted his focus to streaming, and he was streaming League of Legends on January 8 when he made anti-Polish remarks in the middle of a match. The streamer was banned from Twitch on the same day.

Febiven has yet to respond to the ban since it was implemented. His exclusion from Amazon’s streaming service was his first.

It’s unclear how long the suspension of the 25-year-old will last. Hateful behavior on Twitch can result in a 30-day ban. To protect users’ privacy, Twitch does not comment on community guidelines violations.
