When the heat became overwhelming, popular Twitch streamer CarnyJared ate a ghost pepper and attempted to perform Through the Fire and Flames on Guitar Hero, resulting in a lot of milk and a lot of pain.

Streamers have continued to push the boundaries of what they are ready to take on in terms of complexity.

During a subathon event in early September, one streamer took things to a new level when she chose to paint a portrait of xQc with the tip of her nose.

While that was odd, we have a somewhat more agonizing and weird footage featuring Guitar Hero, a ghost pepper, and a lot of milk.

CarnyJared, a Twitch streamer who generally streams a fan-modified version of Guitar Hero called Clone Hero, opted to consume a ghost pepper while on air.

However, eating the ghost pepper wasn’t enough for Jared, who wanted to boost the ante by attempting to perform the exceedingly difficult song Through the Fire and Flames while in pain from the pepper. Fighting the heat, Jared drenches himself in milk and exclaims, “Oh My God!”

As he gulped more milk, Jared let out a faint “more…”, his face getting progressively red from the pepper.

“Brother, I’m dying right now,” Jared says as he turns to ice cream to relieve the pain. This is scorching. F***K! It gets a little better with the milk. Give the ice cream to me.”

Thankfully, he was spared by all that dairy, since drinking down the pepper with milk and ice cream helped to alleviate the agony.

The song he chose to play, Through the Fire and Flames, couldn’t have been more fitting.
