Minnesota is a small town with a population of only 2,000 people, but one of the residents is quickly gaining international fame.
Ben Rosendahl, better known as Almxnd, is a content creator for the Minnesota ROKKR, but he’s also a professional Call of Duty Warzone player who earns hundreds of thousands of dollars by streaming to hundreds of thousands of viewers.
Rosendahl’s passion for gaming began at a young age, but he did not become a celebrity overnight. He recalls a time when only ten to twenty people were watching his stream, but he persisted, and eventually a former Minnesota ROKKR player noticed him, and a gaming career was born.
Rosendahl has over 90,000 Twitch subscribers, and his popularity continues to rise. He shakes his head in disbelief at the world he has created for himself at times, but Almxnd is quickly becoming a household name in the Call of Duty world.
