Former Apex Legends pro player Brandon ‘aceu‘ Winn recently blew fans’ minds with an insane no-scope Kraber shot to win a match that is almost cheating.

The vast majority of Apex Legends players agree that the weapon pool in the battle royale is diverse and well-balanced. Different ammo types, weapon acquisition methods, and other factors make a variety of guns viable, ranging from the tried-and-true R301 to the powerful and volatile Flatline.

The Kraber.50-Cal Sniper, which is only available in Care Packages as of Season 12, is perhaps the most coveted weapon in the game.

Aceu demonstrated why it’s so valuable during a March 25th Twitch stream as he was approaching a final 1v1 with a Kraber in his arsenal, as is standard for a player of his caliber. He accidentally knocked his trigger after a teammate spotted the remaining opponent, and the no-scope connects and wins the match for the streamer.

The Kraber’s massive damage makes it a one-shot kill almost every time, especially against enemies who don’t have full health or decent armor.

Aceu was taken aback by his no-scope victory kill. With so many viewers awestruck by what the streamer accomplished, the video quickly went viral, garnering just under 40,000 views on Twitch at the time of writing. He has wowed his audience before, most notably in Season 11 when he dropped a legendary 1v6 clutch for the win.

Plays like this almost always result in accusations of cheating, which Winn has admitted he has to deal with on a regular basis.

We’re tempted to blame it on luck, but as top performers like aceu have demonstrated, the better you are, the luckier you get.
