Korean Twitch streamer Yuggie TV claims to have spent an extra month in the Netherlands while awaiting a new passport.

Yuggie TV specializes in transmitting outdoor, real-world content. She prepared her belongings and left for a number of European cities, including Amsterdam, Rome, and Venice, in July. She spent two days at Twitch Con EU, where she spent time with some of her 123K followers before continuing her European travels, just like many other Twitch streamers at the time.

Disaster struck though when Yuggie misplaced her passport while she was in the Netherlands. Fortunately, she can find a replacement and go back home, but the streamer says that won’t happen anytime soon. 15 days into her stay in the Netherlands, on August 2nd, Yuggie would call to ask about a new passport after losing her original. She is stuck without a passport because it is prohibited to travel internationally without one.

Yuggie made the announcement after the call. Despite the unintentional extension of her global travels, Yuggie laughed off the situation and maintained her composure. However, viewers offered some suggestions that might help her leave the foreign country more quickly.

Many Reddit users advised her to attempt to obtain a temporary passport from an embassy, which would take only one to seven days as opposed to three to four. Others thought it odd that a replacement would take so long to arrive.

In any case, Yuggie is not confined to a place with many restrictions. Without a passport, the Twitch streamer is free to travel throughout the entire Schengen Area, which consists of 26 different nations. Yuggie can keep broadcasting the rich cultures of several European nations for the upcoming month as long as her viewers keep contributing financially.
