During a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe stream, popular Twitch streamer xQc accidentally does a toe reveal while showing off the internals of his gaming rig.
Most camera setups focus on a streamer’s face, popular Twitch streamers don’t usually show their lower halves while livestreaming, but that hasn’t stopped some from getting creative in the past. On March 30, Felix “xQc” Lengyel surprised a portion of his Twitch audience when he pointed his camera straight at his big toe during a stream.
xQc took a break from racing during a recent Mario Kart 8 Deluxe stream to show off the inner workings of his PC tower and explain a technical issue he had recently.
When he had computer problems, three of the ports in his PC with cables inserted flashed red, the popular Twitch streamer explained, pointing to his GPU. To the chagrin of many Twitch viewers, xQc pauses for a moment and veers the camera away from the PC tower to point at the top part of his foot, possibly distracted by something else.
Some of xQc’s Twitch viewers were shocked to see the popular streamer’s toe because he usually wears shoes during IRL streams like the Twitch Rivals event in Las Vegas. In the video, the popular Twitch streamer wiggles his toes before returning his camera to its original position above his monitor to face his viewers.
xQc’s audience was criticizing the popular streamer’s dusty and disorganized PC tower before he moved the camera to focus his Twitch livestream on his foot. While many PC towers accumulate dust over time, the dust inside xQc’s is particularly thick, and the cables connecting the various components are dangling towards the front of the powerful gaming rig. xQc’s PC gaming setup, like many others, is lit with RGB lighting, allowing his Twitch viewers to peer inside the glass panel he points the camera at and see some of the specific parts he used to build the PC he streams with.
Twitch viewership continues to rise, and xQc is one of the most popular livestreamers, suggesting that he may be scrutinized more than less popular streamers for things like what happened during this recent broadcast because xQc is always looking for new ways to create content outside of his MasterChef watch parties, he could reveal his other foot to attract more attention from the audience who is annoyed by his “goblin” toe. While some Twitch viewers may be disappointed that they saw it, it’s unlikely that the livestreamer will show off his toes again anytime soon, as his streams are usually focused on his upper half.
