Popular League of Legends streamer Tyler Steinkamp, better known by his online alias tyler1, T1 or TT for short, has recently reacted to the controversy surrounding xQc‘s most recent ban over watching the 2020 Olympic Games Tokyo.

Twitch streamer Felix Lengyel aka xQc has recently made headlines after he got issued a 5 hour ban from the platform because he was caught watching the Tokyo 2020 Olympics on stream. Luckily, despite having four bans from the platform already, his ban was temporary.

In the past few days, several streamers such as RunTheFUTMarket and Summit1g have been hit with bans for streaming DMCA content. In the past, streamers issued by a DMCA ban would be permanently banned from the platform, but now, as twitch announced earlier this July, DMCA bans are not permanent anymore.

Now, one of the most popular League of Legends streamers on Twitch, Tyler1 talks about xQc’s DMCA ban. He also goes on to describe the non-copyrighted music he listens to onstream as random robot noises, making “beep-boop” sounds. Tyler has continuously played the same monotonous music on his stream over the last year as Twitch has cracked down on DMCA.

Here’s what he said; “Yeah, I saw xQc got banned. These cringe kids, man. Bro, I’m sitting here sweating, I’ve been listening to this same sh**ty, dogs**t playlist from top to bottom respecting DMCA like a good little boy. These guys are just listening to everything bro. Motherf**ker. I think it’s because he watched the Olympics on stream. Like, these dudes don’t give a f**k.”
