A streamer is using a Ring Fit Adventure controller to play Elden Ring.

YouTuber Super Louis 64 connected the controller from Nintendo’s fitness RPG to his PlayStation 5 and started streaming a new playthrough of FromSoftware’s latest epic. A video of him defeating Darriwil, the Bloodhound Knight’s boss, has already gone viral.

The Joy-stick Con’s are used for movement, but it will only be activated if he’s jogging. Motion controls are used to attack, either by squeezing the ring or moving it in an attacking motion. Squatting is a method of healing.

This isn’t the first time that Super Louis 64 has tried something similar. He’s already used a Ring Fit Adventure controller to play Dark Souls, Final Fantasy 14, and Breath of the Wild.

In fact, he’s famous for beating games with unusual controllers, such as Dark Souls with a banana controller, Ghost of Tsushima with a real katana, and Final Fantasy 14 with a pizza.
