Gaming Origins
WildTurtle has been playing video games since childhood, with his first console being a Gameboy. When he was in elementary school, he got very into RuneScape. In middle school, he started playing DotA, but eventually moved over to League of Legends in high school, because all of his high school friends were playing it.
Professional Gaming
He joined TSM in March 2012 after TSM_Reginald randomly reached out to him to substitute for their AD Carry. He managed to get a pentakill in his very first match, which made him an instant legend and earned him a permanent position on the team. He remained with them until December 8, 2015. He announced his move to Immortals the same day. He then remained with them for a year before rejoining TSM. However, this stint was short-lived, as he left the team in May 2017, in order to take on a fulltime starting position with FlyQuest. He remained with them until November 20, 2020. He then announced his addition to the CLG roster the next day. In October 2018, he acted as press/hosted his first event at the LCS Worlds. He joined Immortals in November 2021.
He set up his Twitch channel in April 2013, but hardly ever streams. This is because he feels that it divides his focus.
