After Twitch streamer Barry74 expressed his opinions on the latest situation involving fellow streamer Matthew “Mizkif,” calling him a “good man,” the streaming community responded.
In order to defend CrazySlick, the culprit, Mizkif was already charged with downplaying a sexual assault occurrence in September 2022. Mizkif has now been absolved of any misconduct by OTK, but Adrianah “AdrianahLee,” the victim, has sued him, Maya Higa, and other OTK members for slander.
A user on the r/LivestreamFail subreddit responded to the entire situation by suggesting: “Something is happening behind the scenes”
For the first time since the Mizkif affair started, Barry74 has spoken up. He claimed that there could have been three witnesses present during the sexual assault occurrence, raising the possibility that a large portion of the tale had been changed. The streamer temporarily returned to his Twitch channel today (April 18), where he thanked Mizkif for being a decent person. He also expressed sorrow at the incident, saying: “Miz is a good guy. I’m sad about all that happened. Miz is actually a good guy.”
Despite the comment’s innocence, the LSF community believes it might have anything to do with the ongoing legal dispute. Some users have hypothesized that the streamer may have a predilection for the defendant’s side in any future court appearances based on his statements.
