A streamer in Warzone has recently become a stream sniper to be able to take revenge on the content creator ‘Vennabean’, however, the plan backfired comically when he went in for the revenge kill.

Stream snipers are one of the most frustrating things for streamers. For those who didn’t know, a stream sniper is someone who watches a creator’s broadcast while playing their game. As a result, they are able to track the streamer’s movements and frequently surprise them.

As a result of the trend, game developers have had to include streamer modes and other anonymity measures to make it much more difficult to pull off. Stream snipers, on the other hand, aren’t always successful, as one amusing video demonstrates.

Vennabean is a Twitch streamer for PremierGG who plays a lot of Warzone with her viewers.

During a live stream on October 28th, she was confronted by another streamer who accused her of cheating. Despite her claims of innocence, Vennabean’s accuser swiftly tracked out Vennabean’s Twitch account and used it to exact revenge. He then pushed his colleagues to stream snipe as well, eventually revealing her exact location to his team.

The stream sniper was pursued to Superstore, where he was hilariously outgunned by Vennabean and her trusty weapon. Vennabean even picked up the sniper’s fully equipped loadout after killing him, replacing her base weapons.

“I’m not cheating,” Vennabean said after being accused of cheating yet again. “I just have an embarrassing amount of hours in this game.”

The exchange is one of the most enjoyable we’ve witnessed, with the stronger player completely outplaying an unabashed stream sniper. It received a lot of positive feedback from the TikTok community, with over 25,000 likes and nearly 200,000 views.

It does, however, highlight a more significant issue in Warzone (and other battle royale games), with developers increasingly under pressure to protect content providers from stream snipers. Vennabean, on the other hand, didn’t require protection.
