The Gamer of the Year Sports Illustrated list of nominees includes Steelers receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, Hornets forward Gordon Hayward, and Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar.
The award will be presented on December 7th at the annual Sports Illustrated Awards Show, which will also feature the announcement of SI’s Sportsperson of the Year, Team of the Year, Play of the Year, and other honors.
The SI’s social media channels will broadcast at 8 p.m. and it will be updated at 2:00 p.m. ET. LiveXLive will broadcast the SI Awards Show on at least 20 different platforms, including SportsIllustratedAwards.com, LiveXLive, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Twitter.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kyler Murray, Gordon Hayward, and Neymar are the 2021 nominees for Sports Illustrated’s Gamer of the Year Award.

On December 7th, TV host Cari Champion and DJ Khaled will co host the event in Hollywood, Florida. Shaquille O’Neal, Rob Gronkowski, LaMelo Ball, Candace Parker, and others will make appearances, as well as performances by 2 Chainz and DJ Irie.
