Pokimane and xQc, two of Twitch’s most popular streamers, believe Riot is ruining the Valorant category on Twitch, and here’s why!

In Valorant, a new season has begun, and with it comes a brand new Battle Pass. While a new Act adds a lot of new content to the game, it also includes a number of important nerfs and changes to the agents.

Jett, Valorant’s most wanted agent, had her signature ability nerfed significantly. And Riot reversed one of the Sova changes, allowing Sova lineups to continue as before.

With so many matches being streamed on Twitch, Pokimane and xQc are both convinced that Riot is killing the content side of Valorant. Pokimane’s first podcast with xQc was shared by Reddit user ‘tezonto’ on the ValorantCompetitive subreddit.

The streamers discussed all of the issues and dramas on the platform with nearly 100,000 people watching live. Pokimane, on the other hand, brought up her concerns about the Valorant category on Twitch, and xQc agreed with them.

xQc was quick to voice their opinion, claiming that CS: GO made the same mistake by flooding the category with rerun streams. While Pokimane wishes for more space for Valorant’s content creators, the community believes the streamer is completely clueless.
