After including 50 of the biggest content producers in his list of top streamers, xQc found himself under fire. While some of his selections sparked debate among fans, some of the streamers who made the list, like HasanAbi, took their placement to heart.
While xQc ran afoul of his fellow creators, Pokimane found the humor in the backlash and dubbed it “as funny as hell.”
After her trip to South Korea, Pokimane returned to streaming on June 20 without realizing that she had missed all the drama on xQc’s streamer tier list. Fans were also interested in her response to him giving her a middle B tier ranking. Then, despite her serious demeanor, she smiled and laughed. To the ire of Pokimane’s fanbase, xQc said that she could be A if she wanted to, after demoting Pokimane to his B tier during his ranking session.
Streaming fans find it so interesting in the things that become like a topic, Pokimane said, adding that she wasn’t offended by the comment. She asserted that xQc’s streamer list initially generated controversy due to a lack of content.
Hasan and xQc might engage in a boxing match as a result of xQc placing Hasan in the B-tier with Pokimane. However, it’s water under the bridge for her at least.
