Another Artesian Builds video has been released by YouTuber ‘Onepeg,’ detailing the freezing of their financial assets. He also claims that employees attempted but failed to remove Noah Katz as CEO.
Artesian Builds has been roasted by multiple creators and accused of tax evasion in the state of California after being called out for belittling a streamer in a PC giveaway.
The company announced that it had ceased operations and fired all of its employees on March 9, 2022. Onepeg has since released more information about the company.
Artesian’s financial assets have been frozen, according to the upload, which means they will not issue refunds or build pending orders. Furthermore, there are messages from former employees indicating that they attempted to fire Noah prior to the collapse.
During his March 9 upload, Onepeg says that he held conversations with multiple former employees of Artesian Builds who shared messages left by the CEO in the company’s Slack server.
The YouTuber then showed a message from Noah Katz, in which he revealed that the company’s finances had been frozen.
As a result, they won’t be able to fulfill orders, issue refunds, or pay employees their final paycheck.
Onepeg also stated later in the video that Artesian Builds’ financial assets are frozen, and they are unable to fulfill orders. Users can still spend thousands of dollars on something they may never receive on the website.
Orders for high-value crypto mining rigs are still being taken on the company’s Etsy store. On March 4, they changed their name to ABMining, according to the YouTuber.
Along with the financial details, Onepeg revealed through a message from a former employee that they attempted to have Noak Katz removed from his position as CEO.
According to the YouTuber, the company’s Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer both left in 2021, leaving Noah Katz and his parents as the only members of the Board of Directors.
However, Artesian Builds claims that they are still available for investment, so maybe we’ll hear from Trainwrecks in the coming days.
